  • Ahmad Khan Rahami, 28, has been charged with five counts of attempted murder and two gun charges
  • He was taken into custody after a shoot-out with police in Linden, New Jersey Monday morning
  • Witnesses say he was found sleeping in the vestibule of a bar and the owner called police
  • When cops arrived on the scene, Rahami started shooting and four officers were injured, none critically
  • Rahami was also shot in the right shoulder and taken from the scene in an ambulance  
  • FBI released Rahami's picture Monday morning, saying they wanted to question him in connection to the two bombings and one attempted bombing in New York City and  New Jersey over the weekend  
  • The pressure cooker bomb set off Saturday in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood left 29 people injured

Kmart is closing 64 stores and firing thousands across 28 states as the company continues to lose money

  • Strobel, 28, of Boca Raton, said he was in a Costco store in Palm Beach Gardens on September 9 when his Note 7 exploded
  • He said the phone burned directly through his pants, resulting in severe burns on his right leg
  • The lawsuit seeks damages for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other alleged injuries 
  • An unprecedented 2.5million phones were recalled, just two weeks after their release
